Refund/Replace applies only to the below conditions

  1. Only if Keys is Invalid.
  2. Product Validity Date Expired Soon (For Example: If your product is valid for 1 Year and it Expired in 6 Months then we will replace it.)


Send us your refund request to support@ketindra.com within 24 hours from the date of purchase with the below details.

  • E-mail Address
  • Phone Number
  • Company name (if applicable)
  • Date of purchase
  • Invoice No

Upon receipt of the above information, we will evaluate and process a refund by deducting the transaction fee from the original invoice value.


In case you have purchased a consumer product and transferred the license to another user, you are not entitled to a refund if the recipient activated the license.
